What does One Size mean?

One Size means that the item can fit a range of sizes. I note the largest size it can fit in each listing. The smaller you are the more oversized the fit will be.  Please take the time to make sure the measurements I provide in each listing will fit to your liking. If you have any more specific questions about fit, I will be happy to answer them for you. 

An Item I like is Sold Out, can you make another exactly like it?

My items are One Of A Kind as I use recycled materials so there is only one of each item, and it can not be recreated using the exact same materials but I am constantly restocking the shop with new creations so please check back!

Do you Accept Returns?

We only accept returns for store credit, not a refund. Items will only be accepted back if it is post marked within 7 business days of it arriving to you.  After the 7 business days I can no longer accept the item back.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with no strong scents like smoke or perfumes etc.  Please send me a message before you send an item back so I know to look out for it and so I can give you the correct mailing address, please make sure to get a tracking number with any return package.

Once the item arrives back to me, I will issue a store credit gift card via email equal to the original purchase price, shipping costs excluded. 

You can use this e-gift card towards any item on my shop and it never expires. Store credit can not be transferred to my Etsy Shop or Instagram Sales.

Shipping Policies 

Shipping prices are based on weight of the item or items and zip code.  We ship using USPS.  If I can fit your item into a cheaper flat rate package or box I will and I always refund any shipping overages over $1.00. 

We are a small operation so we only get to the post office 2 times a week. All items shipped will have a tracking number.  Please allow an additional 1-2 days from when your shipping label was printed for it to reach the Post Office. 

Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost packages in transit but we will do our best to help you track them down and figure out a solution that works for all parties.

Please double check your address before placing your order to make sure there are no delays or deliveries to wrong addresses. If a package does come back to me because of an address error on the customers side I will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address.
